Restaurant Manager Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day restaurant operations with a focus on excellence in service and guest satisfaction
• Lead and develop front-of-house staff, fostering a professional and collaborative environment
• Manage beverage programs, including wine, spirits, and cocktail offerings
• Ensure seamless coordination between front and back-of-house teams
• Develop and implement operational procedures to maintain high standards of service
• Handle budgeting, labor management, and cost control to meet financial goals

• Drive pre-opening planning and post-opening execution for new restaurants

Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Proven experience managing high-volume, upscale restaurants

• Exceptional leadership and communication skills
