What You’ll Do:

• Custom Fabrication: Create and repair custom metal parts for experimental and prototype equipment.
• CNC Programming: Read, edit, and execute CNC programs with precision.
• High-Precision Machining: Machine complex, high-precision metal parts using top-tier equipment.
• Setup & Operation: Set up and operate CNC lathes, mills, saws, and more to meet precise engineering specifications.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify and implement processes for faster, higher-quality production.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: 2-4 years with 3-axis, 4-axis, or 5-axis milling equipment or lathes.
• Technical Skills: Strong abilities in reading engineering drawings and CNC programs.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with AutoCAD.
• Maintenance Skills: Basic maintenance skills for equipment upkeep.
• Independence: Ability to work independently and efficiently.
