Your Responsibilities:

• Setup & Operation: Set up and operate CNC equipment (Lathes & Mills) and manual equipment (Lathes & Mills, Drill Presses).
• Program Management: Upload and run CNC programs; install and remove tooling as per setup sheets.
• Machining Control: Calculate and adjust controls for machining factors such as speeds, feeds, coolant flow, and depth of cut.
• Quality Assurance: Audit first-piece samples and perform visual and measurement checks to ensure quality output.
• Adjustments & Maintenance: Make program adjustments or offsets, replace tools or inserts as needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• Education: H.S. diploma/GED required.
• Experience: 2-3 years of CNC mill or lathe experience, including setup.
• Measurement Proficiency: Skilled in using measuring tools like micrometers, calipers, and bore gauges.
• Software Familiarity: Knowledge of Solidworks and Mastercam.
• Blueprint Skills: Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and understand GD&T.
• Tech Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Team Player: Excellent interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
