Job Summary

Are you a passionate hospitality professional? We’re seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead our front-of-house team in a vibrant full-service restaurant!

What You'll Do:

  • Lead & Inspire: Manage and motivate the front-of-house team.
  • Create Experiences: Ensure exceptional service and memorable guest interactions.
  • Oversee Operations: Maintain quality and efficiency during busy shifts.
  • Train & Mentor: Develop team members for growth and performance.
  • Manage Inventory: Oversee supplier ordering and quality control.
  • Collaborate: Work closely with kitchen and management teams.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years in full-service restaurant management.
  • Availability: Open to early mornings, late shifts, holidays, and weekends.
  • Positive Attitude: Passion for outstanding guest experiences.
  • Organized & Efficient: Strong multitasking and quality maintenance skills.
  • Great Communicator: Ability to work with diverse personalities.
  • Coachable: Open to feedback and committed to improvement.
  • Certifications: ServSafe Manager’s Certification required.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with Toast POS and take-out systems is a plus.
  • Beverage Knowledge: Understanding of beer, wine, and spirits.
