A Growing Luxury Brand is looking for an HR Manager who can also function as the Office Manager. We are looking for someone who is approachable, personable, passionate and people orientated to step into this role. Where you will function as a Business Partner to all internal stakeholders.

HR Manager Responsibilities:

• Manage all HR Responsibilities which include, but are not limited to: Hiring, New Hire Orientation, Payroll & Benefits
• Employee Relations
• Create and Update Employee programs, including recognition programs
• Create and Update SOP's, and HR Processes
• Lead by example with a positive attitude at all times

HR Manager Qualifications:

• 3+ years in HR or Office Management experience
• Dynamic andPassionate individual who is ready to grow their career in HR, and take the lead on multiple internal programs
• Highly organized and strong attention to details

HR Manager Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range, $80K - $95K (DOE) - potential Bonus!
