Job Summary

We are seeking a driven U.S. Sales Executive to spearhead the expansion of our call center services into the U.S. market. This role offers a unique opportunity to take the lead in establishing the company’s U.S. presence with significant autonomy.


Qualifications / Responsibilities:

  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Contact Center/BPO industry
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and remotely
  • Excellent communication and lead generation skills
  • Generate and develop leads independently
  • Build a robust sales pipeline and manage client relationships
  • Participate in presentations and travel with potential clients to Mexico and Latin America
  • Collaborate with the Mexico-based team for pipeline alignment and strategic planning
  • Implement new sales and marketing strategies to effectively penetrate the U.S. market
  • Follow up on specific leads and prepare service proposals
  • Bilingual (Spanish/English)
