Job Summary
We are seeking a driven U.S. Sales Executive to spearhead the expansion of our call center services into the U.S. market. This role offers a unique opportunity to take the lead in establishing the company’s U.S. presence with significant autonomy.
Qualifications / Responsibilities:
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the Contact Center/BPO industry
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, Apollo, HubSpot, etc.)
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
- Self-starter with a proven ability to work independently and remotely
- Excellent communication and lead generation skills
- Generate and develop leads independently
- Build a robust sales pipeline and manage client relationships
- Participate in presentations and travel with potential clients to Mexico and Latin America
- Collaborate with the Mexico-based team for pipeline alignment and strategic planning
- Implement new sales and marketing strategies to effectively penetrate the U.S. market
- Follow up on specific leads and prepare service proposals
- Bilingual (Spanish/English)
