Join our work and social club as Director of Operations, working closely with multiple teams and reporting to the General Manager. This hands-on, on-site role ensures smooth daily operations for members, guests, and staff.

Director of Operations Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• 5+ years in upscale hospitality management
• Financial management experience
• Event experience preferred
• Strong presence on the floor supporting staff, members, and guests
• Oversee Front Desk, Membership, Security, Maintenance
• Manage Member Services and Membership Sales
• Supervise food and beverage outlets, including events
