Hotel General Manager Requirements

• Must have Food and Beverage experience with strong focus on beverage
• Some private event experience
• Ideal candidate must have 3+ years of experience in high volume restaurant setting
• Fast-paced environment requires someone who can think on their feet, maintain positive attitude and work environment for team members
• Must have experience with operating large staff
