Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 3 years of GM experience in a fast-paced, scratch kitchen restaurant environment.
• Prior experience with corporate brands like Panera, Tender Greens, or Luna Grill.
• Strong knowledge of systems, SOPs, and managing high-volume operations.
• Proven ability to lead a team and drive sales in the $4M range.
• Experience with to-go and delivery services (DoorDash, Uber Eats, etc.).
• Positive attitude, excellent communication, and problem-solving skills.
• A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and creating outstanding customer experiences.
