Sous Chef Requirements:

• Skilled in the art of Food Presentation, consistency.
• 3 – 5 years of experience in a high-volume upscale or fine dining operation
• Demonstrates a professional demeanor and appearance.
• Good organizational skills, able to control food cost, inventory, and food safety.

Sous Chef Experience:

• Solid computer skills, POS etc.
• A hands-on leader, capable of independent decision-making and resolving production and personnel challenges.
• 3–5 years’ experience managing others in an upscale dining environment
