Executive Chef Requirements:

• 2-3 years prior experience in an Exec Chef position or 4-5 years as a stable Sous Chef
• HANDS-ON Chef with a background in multi-unit concepts used to systems and routines
• Reports to General Manager and Corporate Chefs
• Exceptionally service-oriented/ understands hospitality time
• Experience in quality scratch kitchens
• Used to high-volume sales
• Professional image & demeanor
