Restaurant Manager Responsibilities:

• Oversee and run a busy floor daily
• Lead, mentor, and develop the staff team/s
• Uphold the highest standards in guest experience and service daily
• Assist GM in daily operations and running of the restaurant

Restaurant Manager Requirements:

• 3+ years as a Restaurant Manager or Front of House manager in a full-service restaurant. The ideal candidate would have some AGM experience and strong bar knowledge
• Must have experience working with a sales volume of 2M or higher
• Highly polished and professional with strong leadership skills
• High level of comfortability working in a diverse space, commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion
• Passion for growing with a dynamic and exciting new concept
