Restoration Franchise is looking for a General Manager with high volume experience in residential and commercial restoration work. The ideal candidate will have 5+ GM experience with a reputable restoration company.

 

Restoration Franchise General Manager Responsibilities;

·       Oversee all branch operations to ensure high-quality and timely service delivery including water, fire, mold and storm damage

restoration.

·       Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability in the residential, commercial and industrial sectors.

·       Establish and grow relationships with key stakeholders, including; insurance adjusters, property managers and clients to

maximize residual business and referrals

·       Monitor and adjust to achieve timelines, budgets, company and industry standards, and safety protocols.

·       Track land report key performance indicators to leadership and team and develop action plans to attain goals.
