• California Life, Accident, and Health Licenses
• 7+ years of employee benefits experience
• 5+ years management

DIRECTOR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management duties including hiring, training, and mentoring of the sales team
• Analyze operations to evaluate the performance of a department/staff in meeting objectives or to determine areas of potential cost reduction, program improvement, or policy change.
• Maintain strong working relationships with carriers, MGAs, and other vendors
