CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER QUALIFICATIONS:
- California Life, Accident, and Health Licenses
- 7+ years of employee benefits experience
- 2+ years supervising the operations and support staff of a departmental unit
CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervise the work of customer service staff to ensure adherence to quality standards, deadlines, and proper procedures and correct errors or problems.
- Prepare reports, manuals, correspondence, or other requests from management
- Maintain thorough knowledge of subjects and topics necessary to provide expert customer service (COBRA, Section 125, HSA, HRA, ACA, etc.)
