We seek a dynamic Front Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our front desk and provide a seamless experience for our guests from check-in to check-out. Front Office Manager Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests with efficiency and professionalism
  • Handle guest concerns and feedback, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage) to ensure smooth operations
  • Optimize room revenue by managing reservations and promoting hotel services and amenities

Front Office Manager Requirements:

  • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
  • Proven experience in front desk or hospitality management, ideally in a boutique or luxury hotel.
  • Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
  • Proficiency in hotel management software Opera Cloud and other office software
  • Bilingual, Spanish proficiency
