Front Office Manager Responsibilities:
- Manage daily operations including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest requests with efficiency and professionalism
- Handle guest concerns and feedback, resolving issues promptly and maintaining a high level of guest satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments (housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage) to ensure smooth operations
- Optimize room revenue by managing reservations and promoting hotel services and amenities
Front Office Manager Requirements:
- Associate or Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Proven experience in front desk or hospitality management, ideally in a boutique or luxury hotel.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills, with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences
- Proficiency in hotel management software Opera Cloud and other office software
- Bilingual, Spanish proficiency
