Restaurant Assistant General Manager Responsibilities and Requirements:

• Ensure that the guest and employee experience is top level
• Scheduling, food ordering, sales and labor reporting, and payroll processing.
• Opening and closing of the restaurant, including cash-drawer balancing and bank deposits.
• Highly organized, can balance multiple priorities and demonstrates strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong learning agility with a passion to grow and excel.
• 2-3 years of Restaurant Management experience in a Fast-Casual concept.
• Must have the flexibility to work various shifts- including closings, openings, and holidays as needed.
