Our client, a successful international, founder-run firm, is in search of a highly skilled Senior Principal Engineer with a Professional Engineer (PE) certification to join their expanding team. Senior Principal Engineer Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead the company's production operations
  • Oversee a portfolio of projects at different stages of development
  • Innovate and extend Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
  • Coordinate resources, schedules, finances, and client inquiries
  • Engage in diverse engineering tasks, encompassing energy modeling, design, and commissioning plan drafting
  • Demonstrate expertise in managing engineering processes from start to finish, including delegating tasks to the team members or subcontractors
  • Exhibit robust project management skills and foster exceptional client relationships

Senior Principal Engineer Qualifications:

  • Must have direct HVAC design experience
  • Driven to excel beyond the basics, showcasing a commitment to excellence that extends beyond mere licensing as a Professional Engineer
  • Possess an advanced degree or hold certifications from reputable professional associations
  • Display a keen appetite for learning, readily exploring new skills and subjects, and exhibiting curiosity and adaptability
  • Skillful in fostering effective communication within teams, actively supporting individuals in their development and advancement
  • Thrive in goal-oriented environments, adept at motivating and guiding teams towards achieving ambitious objectives
  • Flourish in face-to-face collaborative settings, where direct interaction fuels productivity and innovation
  • Must have a Mechanical Engineering degree and experience in this field
