We are looking for a Sous Chef to join our team and help oversee the performance of the kitchen!

Responsibilities:

• Train, manage, and mentor the culinary team
• Lead in a scratch kitchen that prioritizes quality ingredients and presentation
• Assist with ordering, inventory management, scheduling, and communication with senior leadership

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sous Chef or Kitchen Manager
• Experience with scratch cooking in an upscale restaurant
• Strong commitment to inclusivity and respect for all team members
