Job Requirements & Restaurant Manager Qualifications:

• Proven career progression with notable achievements
• A passion for food—experience with scratch cooking is a plus
• Over 3 years of salaried management experience
• Full P&L responsibility with a track record of driving revenue
• Strong ability to motivate, develop, and lead team members
• A college education or culinary degree is a plus
• Demonstrated longevity and growth in previous roles
