• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sous Chef in full-service, high-volume restaurants.
• Open availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• High-Level Guest Experience: Ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience at a high-volume level.
• Kitchen Oversight: Manage prep and production, and lead service execution.
• Cost Management: Accountable for labor and food costs, ensuring efficient operations.
