Restaurant General Manager Key Responsibilities and Qualifications

• Proven experience leading a high-volume restaurant with $2.5M+ in annual sales.
• Minimum 1-3 years of experience in upscale-casual or fine dining, with a preference for chophouse experience.
• Hands-On Leadership: Lead by example and work alongside your team to foster a collaborative and productive environment.
• P&L and Financial Oversight: Manage all aspects of the business, including inventory, ordering, cash handling, and reporting.
• Employee Development: Build and maintain a positive culture of kindness and respect, focusing on employee training and development.
• Customer Relations: Establish and nurture long-term relationships with customers, ensuring a positive dining experience.
