Sr. Compliance Analyst Job Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and review regulatory compliance documents specific to life and annuity products.
  • Review and summarize regulatory requirements across multiple jurisdictions.
  • Manage compliance reporting and respond to inquiries from state and federal regulatory agencies.
  • Oversee the agent licensing process to ensure compliance with state regulations.
  • Provide training, support, and guidance to team members on compliance-related matters.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and internal policies.

Sr. Compliance Analyst Job Requirements:

  • 7+ years of compliance experience within the insurance industry, with a focus on life, annuity, and medical insurance.
  • Strong understanding of insurance laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Legal background is highly desirable.
