We are seeking an experienced and skilled Beverage Service Manager to oversee the bar and beverage operations. This role involves leading, organizing, and training the beverage staff to ensure exceptional service and adherence to company standards.

Beverage Manager Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement beverage service standards and guidelines for the team.
• Ensure all restaurant policies, procedures, and training programs are followed consistently and in a timely manner.
• Manage the purchasing and inventory of bar equipment, supplies, beverages, wine, and liquor.
• Perform all POS functions, including opening/closing procedures, and oversee back-office tasks (e.g., employee creation, menu management).
• Promote and enforce safe work habits among staff, identifying and addressing potential safety hazards.
• Deliver exceptional guest service, ensuring all customers feel welcome, and handle online reviews on platforms like Yelp, Google, TripAdvisor, and Open Table.
