Restaurant General Manager Requirements & Qualifications:

• 3+ years of General Manager experience in a high-volume, upscale environment
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to delivering outstanding guest service and creating memorable experiences
• Proficient in technology platforms such as POS systems, reservations, inventory management, and employee scheduling software
• Strong experience in staff development, including training, coaching, and leading teams to success
