Executive Chef Key Responsibilities and Required Qualifications:

• Culinary degree preferred, but not required.
• Minimum of 4+ years of progressive experience as an Executive Chef.
• Operational Management: Oversee daily restaurant operations with a focus on flawless execution, maximizing profitability, and enhancing guest satisfaction.
• Team Development: Foster a learning and teaching environment, encouraging team growth and development.
• Financial Oversight: Manage P&L, food cost, and inventory to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Leadership: Build strong relationships with management, team members, and vendors. Inspire and motivate the team to achieve goals and ensure consistency in food execution.
• Background in either restaurant or hotel settings will be considered.
