Job Summary
Our client's firm is growing and seeking to add an Employee Benefits Director to the team. The ideal candidate will be based in CA. The individual will manage the Employee Benefits and Third Party Administration (TPA)departments. They will focus on promoting strong sales and customer service standards to meet growth, customer satisfaction, and retention objectives.
Employee Benefits Director Qualifications & Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in **employee benefits**
- Proven experience managing a department or team
- Valid CA Life and Health license - my live in CA
- Proficiency in Applied Epic*software is preferred
- Valid CA driver’s license, vehicle, and satisfactory driving record
- Strong experience working in or with nonprofits is a plus
Employee Benefits Director Benefits:
- $120K to $200K, depending on experience
- Full-time, 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday
