Our client, a successful specialized insurance agency is looking to add a Director of Employee Benefits to its growing organization.

DIRECTOR OF EMPLOYEE BENEFITS RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Management of the sales team including hiring, training, and mentoring
• Director, plan and implement policies to ensure smooth operations
• Establish departmental responsibilities and coordinate functions
• Maintain strong working relationships with carriers, MGAs, and other vendors
• Prepare and manage budgets

DIRECTOR OF EMPLOYEE BENEFITS REQUIREMENTS:

• Active CA life, health, and accident license
• 7+ years of employee benefits experience
• Prior department management experience

DIRECTOR OF EMPLOYEE BENEFITS COMPENSATION:
