Service Manager Job Requirements:

• Hiring and training: Finding the right team members and training them well 
• Inventory management: Ensuring the restaurant and kitchen have everything staff and diners need 
• Ensuring compliance with regulations: Conducting regular health and safety inspections to ensure compliance with local and national standards 
• Handling finances: Managing the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control 
• Staff scheduling: Creating work schedules that align with the restaurant's needs and work around employee commitments 
• Customer service: Providing excellent customer service and handling customer service issues and complaints 
• Leadership: Forming professional relationships with their teams to delegate tasks more efficiently 

Restaurant Manager Job Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years Restaurant manager experience with a full service restaurant.
• Experience in managing and coaching at least 20 Staff members.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Willing to learn and grow.
• Strong minded business own mentality.
