Fine Dining General Manager Qualifications & Responsibilities:

• 5+ years of General Manager experience in fine dining
• Proven experience managing operations with over $10 million in revenue
• Hands-on leadership with a focus on team development
• Expertise in P&L management
• Extensive knowledge of beer, wine, and spirits, along with wine service skills
• Ensure guests enjoy exceptional dining experiences, fostering loyalty
