Human Resources Director Qualifications

• Must have Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field (advanced degree or HR certifications preferred)
• 7+ years of progressive HR experience with 3+ years in a leadership role, specifically in the hospitality industry
• Experience developing and implementing HR strategies that foster a high-performance culture
• Has overseen recruitment, onboarding, and retention as well asmanages performance evaluations and development plans
• Managed payroll, benefits administration, and competitive compensation analysis
• Skilled at enforcing HR policies that comply with employment laws and workplace safety and health initiatives
