Upscale Restaurant Manager Qualifications and Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in an Upscale Restaurant Manager
• Proven ability to lead effectively and delegate responsibilities
• Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
• Hands-on management of a large team in a high-volume setting
• Coordinate daily operations across both front and back of house
• Demonstrate strong leadership, motivation, and people skills
• Maintain guest relationships and ensure presence during service hours
• Lead team development through coaching, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
