Workers Comp Attorney Qualifications/Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's, Juris Doctor degree preferred 
  • Minimum of 4 years as an attorney in Workman's Compensation Law
  • Member, State Bar of California
  • Strong research, negotiation skills
  • Manage and resolve workers' compensation cases
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders in the legal process
