Executive Chef Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement seasonal menus that ensure quality and consistency across all locations
- Oversee kitchen operations, including inventory management and food cost optimization
- Hire, train, and mentor kitchen staff, fostering a culture of teamwork and excellence
- Conduct audits to ensure food safety and enforce company standards in all kitchens
Executive Chef Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume, multi-unit restaurant or hotel setting
- Demonstrated success in leading and developing kitchen teams
- Expertise in inventory control, food cost management, and kitchen operations
- Skilled in crafting seasonal menus with fresh ingredients, while maintaining consistency and accommodating dietary needs
- Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Proven ability to collaborate with both kitchen teams and corporate leadership
