• Expertise in inventory control, food cost management, and kitchen operations
• Skilled in crafting seasonal menus with fresh ingredients, while maintaining consistency and accommodating dietary needs
• Strong problem-solving abilities in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
• Proven ability to collaborate with both kitchen teams and corporate leadership
