Job requirements for Restaurant General Manager:

• Successful candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of GM experience in a high-volume environment
• Must have a proven track record of sales building, people development, and community interaction
• Must have an excellent working knowledge of controlling the cost of the product and P&Ls
• Kitchen experience is helpful, but not an absolute for the position
• Must be available for training in Deptford, NJ
• Experience with NRO preferred
