Workers' Comp Attorney Qualifications:
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admitted to practice law in the State of California and good standing with the Bar
- 3+ years of comp experience required
Workers' Comp Attorney Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings, depositions, mediations, and other legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and analysis to identify legal issues and develop strategies
- Draft legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Communicate with clients, witnesses, and experts to gather information and prepare cases for trial
- Attend hearings, trials, and other legal proceedings as necessary
- Collaborate with other attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to provide exceptional legal services to our clients
