Facilities Maintenance Technician Qualifications/Responsibilities:

• 3 years of experience required. Motors, Gears, Conveyers & Hydrolics needed.
• Boiler System and HVAC required
• Computer literacy- good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to lift, stand, walk, climb ladders, and other physical activity
• Need to supply, keep and maintain basic tools for the job
