Director of Development Requirements

• 3 years progressive experience in development
• Record of successful site selection and lease review
• Proficient in standard development software
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and organizational skills
• Great vendor relations and ability to travel to see facilities and real estate
• Effectively communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, property owners, and engineers
• Manage and communicate critical path meetings
