Restaurant Area Director Requirements:

• A minimum of 5 years of multi-unit restaurant management experience in high-volume, casual-dining environments
• Customer service focused and oriented
• Skillful planner with knowledge of basic business fundamentals
• Strong communication skills with the ability to resolve conflicts
• Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships and leading others
• An infectious, positive attitude that inspires others

Restaurant Area Director Benefits:

• Base compensation of $90,000 to $100,000, depending on experience
