Responsibilities for the Compliance Analyst:

• Oversee regulatory compliance documentation and processes.
• Review and summarize regulatory requirements.
• Compliance reporting
• Own the agent licensing process, including onboarding, renewals, and affiliations.
• Audit compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulations.
• Respond to complaints and grievances.
• Support product development

Qualifications for the Compliance Analyst:

• Minimum 7 years of experience in compliance within the insurance industry
• Exemplary writing and communication skills
• Strong organizational skills
• Detail oriented
• Legal experience is a plus
