An ICONIC NYC restaurant is seeking great Sous Chefs to join their team!


Sous Chef Responsibilities

  • Execute high-level guest experience at a high-volume level
  • Oversee prep/production as well as execute service
  • Accountable for labor and food cost
  • Training & Development of the BOH team

Sous Chef Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience as a sous chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
  • Open availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Flexible and willing to adapt to ongoing changes.
  • Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
  • Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
