Sous Chef Responsibilities
- Execute high-level guest experience at a high-volume level
- Oversee prep/production as well as execute service
- Accountable for labor and food cost
- Training & Development of the BOH team
Sous Chef Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience as a sous chef in a full-service, high-volume restaurant
- Open availability includes nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Flexible and willing to adapt to ongoing changes.
- Able to inspire, motivate, and develop employees.
- Proven track record in building high-performing teams.
