Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations of the restaurant and lounge, ensuring smooth and efficient service
  • Manage staff schedules, inventory levels, and maintain a clean, welcoming environment
  • Address customer concerns promptly and provide solutions to ensure satisfaction
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize revenue and profitability
  • Hire, train, and supervise staff members, fostering a positive work culture
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations
  • Handle administrative tasks such as budgeting, financial reporting, and inventory management

Experience:

  • Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant management required
  • Strong knowledge of culinary practices and food service operations
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on creating memorable experiences
  • Proficient in shift management and scheduling
  • Ability to thrive in high-pressure situations with grace and composure
