We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical commercial Estimator with proficiency in Quickbid and Onscreen Take Off. The ideal candidate will play a key role in project estimation by gathering and analyzing crucial information. Required skills include OST and Quickbid experience, along with a strong understanding of cost-benefit analysis to support profitable business decisions. The successful candidate will contribute to informed decision-making, enhancing the company's profitability and growth.

Estimator Responsibilities:

• Understand project requirements
• Identify key variables for cost estimates
• Gather information from various locations
• Research labor costs, materials, production times, etc.
• Utilize software for data analysis, forecasting, and budgeting
• Review offers and quotes from subcontractors or vendors
• Perform risk analysis
• Create and submit estimate reports to relevant parties
• Build relationships with key vendors and provide planning consultation
• Proficient in Quickbid and Onscreen Take Off
• Certified Professional Estimator (CPE) certification is an asset

Estimator Requirements

• Proficiency in Quickbid and Onscreen Take Off
• Proven experience as an estimator or in a similar position
• Familiarity with financial and project management principles
• In-depth knowledge of research and data analysis methods
• Strong math and IT abilities with an analytical mindset
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Thoroughness and reliability
• Excellent organizational skills
