Executive Chef Qualifications:

• 5+ years of steakhouse experience as an Executive Chef
• Solid tenure with no more than 2 positions in 5 years
• Strong financial acumen
• Restaurant Opening experience preferred
• Ability to hold the team accountable to high standards

Executive Chef Responsibilities and Benefits:

• Responsible for managing the daily operations of the restaurant
• Hire, train, develop, and lead the team
• Oversee the inventory and ordering of food and supplies
