Job Summary
A local NY restaurant group is seeking a Hospitality Human Resources Manager. Our ideal candidate brings a broad depth of experience in Human Resources, possesses excellent attention to detail, and is fully committed to the personal growth of each team member. Must have Proficiency in payroll processing software (ADP). Must have HRCI and/or SHRM Certification required. Salary is 80-90K and is not remote. Franchise experience as well as Hospitality setting is a plus. Great culture and benefits with a growing brand of over 300 units nationwide.
Human Resources Manager Responsibilities:
- Able to resolve employee relations issues of all types and oversee all HR investigations with fairness and objectivity
- Lead creation of offer letters, new hire onboarding, and payroll department
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and local labor laws
- Ensure all team members receive fair treatment in the workplace
- Able to acquire new vendors for employee benefits
Human Resources Manager Qualifications:
- At least 5 years in a similar HR role
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources (or related field)
- Knowledge of COBRA and FMLA
- Experience with payroll systems
- Experience in the restaurant industry
