Kitchen Manager Requirements and Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of Kitchen Manager experience in high-volume restaurants
• Proficiency in P&L management and financial acumen
• Strong understanding of labor and cost control
• Experience in hiring, training, and leading a team
• Serv Safe Manager Certification
• Solid tenure with no more than two jobs in the last five years
• Availability for late nights
• Hands-on, team-oriented approach
