CATERING SALES REQUIREMENTS:

  • 2+ years of successful experience in Offsite Catering sales management
  • Knowledge of NYC Catering Industry
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience with Event Management Software

CATERING SALES RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Identify and secure new business, grow existing business
  • Planning and execution of catering orders, including management of production staff
  • Stay informed and engaged in catering trends, and shifts within the industry
  • Coordinate client menu development with Executive Chef
  • Oversee, develop, and nurture the client relationship.

CATERING SALES BENEFITS:

  • Base salary 70-75K + Commission
