Are you an experienced General Manager in the fast-casual or QSR industry looking for the next big step in your career? This growing franchise group is seeking a dynamic and hands-on Multi-Unit General Manager to join their team as they experience explosive growth. With 26 thriving locations averaging $1M in sales each, and 10 stores added since 2020, this group is expanding rapidly, with plans to acquire an additional 15 stores by 2025.


This is an amazing opportunity for a high-performing GM with a strong understanding of the Houston market and experience leading teams through hands-on, daily operations.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple locations with a hands-on approach, setting an example by working in all areas of the kitchen and front line as needed
  • Oversee store operations in various settings, including malls, Wal-Marts, and strip centers, with a focus on to-go and pick-up business
  • Manage daily operations including labor, food costs, and P&L accountability
  • Train and mentor team members, ensuring high retention and strong staffing
  • Drive operational excellence and sales growth through exceptional customer service and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with ownership on expansion strategies and new store acquisitions

What We’re Looking For:

  • Local Houston candidates only – a deep understanding of the Houston market is essential
  • Experience - 4-5 years as a General Manager in a fast-paced, high-volume environment with responsibility trending toward multi-unit management
  • Leadership - Hands-on leadership style with the ability to inspire and lead by example. You should be comfortable working in all areas of the restaurant, including fryer, flat top, and front of house
  • Multi-Unit Experience - Ideal candidates are newly promoted multi-unit managers or GMs who have taken on broader responsibilities, managing no more than 2-3 stores and are looking to grow
  • Technology Proficiency - Command of POS systems, KDS (Kitchen Display Systems), and general comfort with operational technology
  • People Management - Strong people skills with the ability to recruit, train, retain, and develop a solid team
  • P&L Expertise - Solid understanding of managing P&L and accountability for store performance

Compensation & Benefits:

  • Competitive Base Salary
  • Bonus Structure 4% of profit, contingent on meeting food, labor, and sales growth goals, averaging $12K-$18K annually (potential for 20-30%)
  • Hours - Managers target a 45-hour workweek
  • Benefits - Health, dental, and vision insurance – the company subsidizes 60% for the individual
  • Vacation - One week of vacation per year of tenure, up to 4 weeks
  • 401K - Up to 6% with a 4% match
  • Car & Tech Allowance Provided
