We are seeking a meticulous and organized Event Coordinator to plan and manage corporate meetings and events for our client. This role involves handling logistics such as rooming lists, catering, and transportation in partnership with hotels. Frequent travel is required.

Event Coordinator Compensation & Benefits:

- Salary: $65K-$70K

- 401(k), health insurance, and paid time off (PTO)

- Hybrid schedule: 3 days in-office, 2 days remote

Event Coordinator Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with clients to define event objectives and oversee logistics.

- Coordinate hotel room blocks, rates, and catering services.

- Organize transportation and other event-related services.

- Act as the primary contact during events, ensuring smooth execution.

- Gather post-event feedback and compile reports.

- Travel 30%-40%.

Event Coordinator Qualifications:

- 3+ years of experience in corporate event planning.

- Expertise in hotel logistics, catering, and transportation coordination.

- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.

- Proficiency with event management software; CMP certification is a plus.
